For nearly 80 years, the IFT has hosted the annual summertime event as a meeting, educational event, and ingredient showcase. This program has historically been held on NC Stateâs campus, and we hope to continue the tradition this summer by following Institute of Food Technologists: Food Laws and Regulations Division.
